the breakfast was amazing, it came right to the room. i liked the turndown service in the evenings and the nightly shortbread too, a nice touch. the library was a restful place for working and the wifi worked very well.
the staff was lovely but there were lots of human bodies with no authority. i think they use trick photography on their website, the rooms were small. at breakfast and dinner they were out of everything including olive oil, what a shame.

Fantastic Stay and Friendly Staffs

friendly staffearly entryhelpful manroom noise
I found the staff cute and personable. Hannah showed me around since I had not stayed before, and she was friendly. She rang me to let me know we could enter our room early, what a service! A helpful man took our bags to our room, so useful.
I had a tiny, average room. The single window view showed the car park. The noise from the rooms next door woke me early.
